Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Rice

  1. Wash the Basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pot, boil 2 cups of water and add a pinch of turmeric powder or saffron-infused milk to get a vibrant yellow color.
  3. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the boiling water.

  3. Then add ¼ of rice and add almonds
  4. Then add ¼ of rice and two table spoon ghee
  5. Then put sugar syrup on it.
  6. Then cover a bowl and rest it for 15 min
  7. Serve Warm and enjoy
